Hi, friend. I’m so glad you’re here.
I wish I could sit across from you right now with warm coffee in hand and a box of tissues between us, because this isn’t just a blog… it’s a heart offering. A sacred invitation. A whispered reminder that even in the most shattered places, God’s love still finds us.
My name is Jamie Lynn, and I’m the founder of Stains and Grace—a space born from both deep wounds and deeper healing. I created this ministry because I know what it’s like to feel unseen. I know what it’s like to carry shame that isn’t yours, to wear a smile while silently breaking, and to wonder if God still wants to use someone like you.
I’ve lived through rejection, trauma, loss, and spiritual confusion. I’ve tried to be the good girl, the strong one, the fixer, the one who could carry the weight for everyone. But somewhere along the way, I realized something life-changing: Jesus isn’t waiting for me to be spotless—He’s meeting me right in the stains.
Stains and Grace is more than a ministry. It’s a movement.
It’s a safe place for women who feel:
Here, we don’t hide our scars. We don’t pretend to have it all together. We believe in grace that reaches into the deepest cracks and still calls us “Daughter.”
This is a place for the overlooked, the overworked, the over-it.
It’s for women who are trying to heal, trying to grow, and just trying to breathe.
Because I’ve seen what shame can do.
Because I’ve lived the lie that I had to earn God’s love.
Because I’ve watched women shrink themselves to be accepted, while quietly suffocating.
And I’ve made it my mission to say this as often as I can:
You are not too much. You are not too little. You are not broken beyond repair.
You are deeply loved. You are never alone. You are still chosen.
Stains and Grace is the space I longed for in my own healing. And now, it’s yours too.
Whether you’re in a functional freeze, walking through grief, healing from church hurt, recovering from childhood trauma, or simply trying to rediscover your identity in Christ—this space was made with you in mind.
So welcome. Take a deep breath. You don’t have to be perfect here. You just have to be willing to be honest.
Let’s press in.
Let’s heal.
Let’s believe again.
With grace (and probably a few tears),
Jamie Lynn
Founder of Stains and Grace
You are deeply loved.
Fully Seen.
And, never alone!
